Yes. Claims need to be lodged within 3 years from the date of the accident if the driver and/or owner of the vehicle at fault has been identified. If it is not possible to identify the owner or driver of the vehicle at fault, then the claim must be lodged within 2 years.

Over the course of 2 years, we have dealt with approximately 1300 instructions.

Eight business days following receipt of all documents.
  • LOI – Letter of Instruction clearly indicating the name of expert/designation as well as nature of claim.
  • Hospital Records / Medical Records.
  • RAF Form 01.
  • Collaterals for both self-employed & employed clients (i.e., pre-, and post-accident earnings affidavit, pre- and post- accident pay slips or employment certificate/employment confirmation letter.
  • Pre- and post- accident School reports (for primary & secondary clients, both pre-accident & post-accident); Academic Record/Statement of Results or Proof of registration or any other certificates the client might have.
  • ID, Birth Certificate, or Driving License, Asylum / Passport (for Foreign Nationals) for verification of identification.
  • Death Certificate for deceased (LOS)
